Star quality

I’ve been listening to a lot of interviews with amazing actors and directors. They have been talking about actors having star quality. How it’s evident when the actor walks into the room.

Most of us don’t have it. What is it? A magnetic quality. An inner confidence. Owning the interaction. Something. Is it innate or can it be taught. Or is it something you get from going through the fire and coming out the other side.

People on the last knights said Morgan Freeman had it walking onto the set. A presence. I wish I had been there to feel it.
